These Terms of Service govern your use of MIURIU services, including the website miuriu.com, the mobile application "Klaus Says No" and the Mac application "HTML Signature Max".

2. Description of Services

Klaus Says No is an entertainment app that uses artificial intelligence to analyze outfit photos and provide a simulated "door check" verdict for various nightclubs. The verdicts are for entertainment purposes only.

The service includes one free check. Additional checks require "Club Stamps" purchased through in-app purchases.

HTML Signature Max creates HTML email signatures and installs them in Apple's Mail app on your Mac. The free version installs one signature. "HTML Signature Max Pro", a one-time in-app purchase, unlocks unlimited signatures and all designs.

3. In-App Purchases

Club Stamps are digital goods purchased through Apple's App Store.

• Prices are displayed in the app before purchase
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
• Club Stamps do not expire
• Stamps are tied to your device and cannot be transferred

HTML Signature Max Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other Macs with "Restore Purchases".

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for its intended entertainment purpose
• Not upload inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Not use the service for any commercial purpose without permission
• Only upload photos you have the right to use

In HTML Signature Max you are responsible for the content of your signatures, including logos, photos and links, and for having the right to use them.

5. Disclaimer

We make no guarantees about:

• Actual entry to any nightclub or venue
• The accuracy of outfit assessments
• The policies of any real venue mentioned in the app

The app is not affiliated with any nightclub, venue, or event mentioned.

HTML Signature Max changes Mail's signature files only when you ask it to, and keeps a copy of every file before it changes. Apple can change how Mail stores signatures at any time, which may affect how the app works until it is updated. Mail apps of recipients may show a signature differently from the preview. HTML Signature Max is not affiliated with Apple.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

This does not affect liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, or from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For disputes, the courts of Berlin, Germany shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise for consumers.
