2. Description of Services

Klaus Says No is an entertainment app that uses artificial intelligence to analyze outfit photos and provide a simulated "door check" verdict for various nightclubs. The verdicts are for entertainment purposes only and do not guarantee actual entry to any venue.

The service includes one free check. Additional checks require "Club Stamps" purchased through in-app purchases.

3. In-App Purchases

Club Stamps are digital goods purchased through Apple's App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Prices are displayed in the app before purchase
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
• Club Stamps do not expire
• Stamps are tied to your device and cannot be transferred

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for its intended entertainment purpose
• Not upload inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Not use the service for any commercial purpose without permission
• Only upload photos you have the right to use

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to MIURIU and Klaus Says No are owned by Julian Burkardt. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without written permission.

You retain rights to photos you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for providing the outfit analysis service.

6. Disclaimer

Klaus Says No is an entertainment service. The AI-generated verdicts are simulated and for fun only. We make no guarantees about:

• Actual entry to any nightclub or venue
• The accuracy of outfit assessments
• The policies of any real venue mentioned in the app

The app is not affiliated with any nightclub, venue, or event mentioned.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

This does not affect liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, or from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

For digital content and in-app purchases, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. However, by making a purchase and consenting to immediate delivery of digital content, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Club Stamps are credited to your account.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection.

For disputes, the courts of Berlin, Germany shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise for consumers.

10. Changes to Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
