2. Data We Collect

Website

• Contact information (email address) when you submit a support request
• Information you provide in the support form (app selection, issue description)

Klaus Says No App

• Photos: Outfit photos you take or upload for analysis. Photos are processed by AI and automatically deleted within 24 hours.
• Device ID: A randomly generated identifier stored on your device. This is not linked to your personal identity.
• Usage data: City and club selections, verdict results, check history, timestamps.
• Purchase data: Apple transaction IDs and stamp balances for in-app purchases (processed by Apple).

We do NOT collect: Your name, email, phone number, location data, device identifiers (IDFA), or any other personal information through the app.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the outfit analysis service (Klaus Says No)
• To process and verify in-app purchases
• To maintain your check history within the app
• To respond to support requests

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OpenRouter / AI Services (Google Gemini, OpenAI): Your photos are sent to AI services for outfit analysis. Photos are processed in real-time and not permanently stored by these services.
• Supabase: Cloud database and storage for app data. Servers located in the EU.
• Apple (StoreKit): Processes in-app purchases. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process your data based on:

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To provide the services you requested
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): When you voluntarily submit photos or contact forms
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): To improve our services and prevent abuse

6. Data Retention

• Photos: Automatically deleted within 24 hours
• Check history: Retained until you delete the app or request deletion
• Device ID: Retained until you delete the app or request deletion
• Support requests: Retained for up to 2 years for reference

7. Your Rights (EU/EEA - GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time

• Automatic photo deletion

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes on this website. We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, or any other tracking technologies. We respect Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.
