Klaus Says No App

• Photos: Outfit photos you take or upload for analysis. Photos are processed by AI and automatically deleted within 24 hours.
• Device ID: A randomly generated identifier stored on your device.
• Usage data: City and club selections, verdict results, check history, timestamps.
• Purchase data: Apple transaction IDs and stamp balances for in-app purchases.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the outfit analysis service (Klaus Says No)
• To process and verify in-app purchases
• To maintain your check history within the app
• To respond to support requests

4. Third-Party Services

• OpenRouter / AI Services: Photos are sent to AI services for outfit analysis and not permanently stored.
• Supabase: Cloud database and storage for app data. Servers located in the EU.
• Apple (StoreKit): Processes in-app purchases.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To provide the services you requested
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): When you voluntarily submit photos or contact forms

• Photos: Automatically deleted within 24 hours
• Check history: Retained until you delete the app or request deletion
• Device ID: Retained until you delete the app or request deletion
• Support requests: Retained for up to 2 years
